After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address are verified. Normally, all orders will be processed within 5-10 working days for the printing and handling process, excluding weekends and public holidays. But, sometimes there will be sudden changes if something happens. Such as overload conditions that usually occur several months before Christmas, stock delays, printer machine maintenance, or even repairs if there is damage to the printer. How long will it take for me to receive my AJR Tour Merch?
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5-7 working days to the United States and 14-21 working days outside the United States. We have Express courier too but only for United States buyers is approximately 3-5 working days from the time of order completion. In some cases, maybe there are a few days' delays in the shipping time.

PRIOR WASH TO FIRST USE YOUR AJR SHIRT
If you see a liquid stain and/or yellow color around the printing area, don't worry, it is caused by the pretreatment process before printing.
Those will disappear after the first wash.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR AJR T SHIRT
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
